Our Project Managers have solid experience in engineering and guide the client through every stage of project, from initial planning to execution, also overseeing post-installation follow-up. The special welding process is subcontracted to suppliers operating for decades in the oil & gas industry, with certified management systems. All activities are performed with procedures qualified by Third Party Entities according to AWS D1.1 and EN-15614 codes. In addition, the process is audited and monitored continuously by IWT and CSWIP3.1 qualified in-house personnel.
With more than 75 years of experience, our division dedicated to medium-heavy machining uses an innovative and flexible machine tool fleet that can adapt to different customer needs. We perform boring, milling and turning operations on medium to large components, ensuring maximum precision and quality. Thanks to constant investment in the company’s machine park and high operational flexibility, we manufacture complex components, responding with customized solutions and a high technical standard to the needs of various industries.
The painting process is subcontracted to local suppliers who can also operate inside our facility.
All activities are carried out with qualified systems according to international standards such as Norsok M-501 and specific requirements of our customers. The various painting phases are monitored by NACE/Frosio level 2 and 3 certified personnel.
We take care of the mechanical assembly phase, with the installation and integration of structural and functional elements, and the hydraulic assembly, ensuring the correct installation of all hydraulic system components. All operations are carried out with the utmost attention to compliance with the highest safety standards and environmental protection.
The design and installation of electrical and instrumentation systems are subcontracted to experienced local companies in the offshore field, under the supervision of our internal team. All systems are equipped with electrical or PLC-controlled command and monitoring units. On request, we can also design and build equipment to operate in explosive atmospheres (ATEX), in compliance with IEC and EN regulations.
Our technical department uses engineering simulation softwares to predict the actual behavior of systems under load and verifies results after production. We provide custom-designed test benches for both static and dynamic load tests, replicating the actual operational and loading conditions of the equipment as closely as possible.
We handle packaging and preparation of the equipment for shipment, ensuring maximum protection and safety during transport. We also support clients with material handling and logistics to ensure efficient organization and on-time delivery.
We assist clients after equipment delivery, providing highly qualified teams for onshore and offshore support during installation and maintenance. Our team is specifically trained to comply with stringent safety requirements and are capable of performing modifications, overhauls, and interventions on both F.lli Righini and third-party equipment, ensuring optimal operational conditions at all times.
