Engineering, fabrication and testing of a Steel Catenary Risers and Umbilicals Pull-in System. The system is a fully stand-alone equipment composed by three main units designed to be hung on the FPSO hull and to be removed upon completion of the pull-in operations.
– No. 1 SCR Pull-in system complete with chain jack, chain wheel, chain basket and No. 2 Auxiliary Winches mounted on a supporting frame;
– No. 1 Dynamic Umbilicals Pull-in system complete with umbilical pull-in winch mounted on a supporting frame;
– No. 1 HPU/Generator/Control cabin integrated unit mounted on a supporting frame.
The Pull-in System is designed to be integrated on the existing FPSO, which is already in operation, and it will be used by our client for the pull-in operations.
